Yes, we offer FREE Standard Shipping with order over 99$Â on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Please note that we currently do not ship internationally.
Because our items are handcrafted to order, our standard handling time is 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 13 business days from the date of purchase.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for standard items. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Grado Creations will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. However, if you are returning an item due to customer remorse (e.g., changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Yes, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered the production phase or been shipped. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return once you receive it.
